Application Administrator (Mulesoft/Weblogic)

SUMMARY:

The Application Administrator will be responsible for design, availability, implementation, and support of ATC major applications and integrations. Must have experience in Analyzing, implementation and maintenance of Weblogic Application Server, expertise in Mulesoft/Cloud platform support expertise in Dev-ops tools (Jenkins).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Support development, test and production environments, including application security and availability.
  • Involved in Mulesoft Admin activities like Runtime Manager patches or version updates, API deployment, trouble shooting of applications and integration by reviewing debug logs.
  • Create, configure, backup and restore a WebLogic Server domain, cluster, and authentication provider.
  • Ensures installations meet standards and technical specifications.
  • Plan, install, build, manage, support, configure, secure and test Weblogic infrastructure components and connectivity.
  • Support multiple WebLogic 12c Servers and J2EE applications in a High Availability environment
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support services for web infrastructure.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of disaster recovery failover testing.
  • Perform 24×7 on call duties on a rotation basis with the other middleware administrator.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance, patching, and security compliance.
  • Perform and automate manual application deployments.
  • Understand and follow existing change management processes.
  • Involved in supporting production applications by coordinating between different teams, solving environment related issues.
  • Involved in Platform cleanup activities and Alert setup.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Detailed knowledge of Mulesoft platform and Weblogic server technology
  • Experience working on Mule 3.x and 4.X Cloud Platform Deployment
  • Experience installing and configuring weblogic on Linux experience desired
  • Working knowledge of development tools, Oracle Database Server, Linux OS
  • Having good experience in using Experience using Anypoint Platform API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange etc.
  • Tomcat and IIS knowledge would be good addition.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skill with both technical and end user levels.

  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and workloads
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree holder in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.)/MBA/MCA or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Weblogic Administrator in an Enterprise-wide environment is a must have requirement
  • 5+ years of experience as Mulesoft Administrator in an Enterprise-wide environment
  • Experience with automation tools (Jenkins) and scripting
  • Knowledge of industry standards, trends and general business processes
