Business Analyst – General Insurance Domain
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements (BRDs, User Stories, Process Flows).
- Conduct Gap Analysis, impact assessments, and ensure compliance with insurance regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments for seamless project delivery.
- Develop Process Maps, Data Flow Diagrams, and UML artifacts to support system design.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams for clear communication.
Required Skills
- Extensive experience in the general insurance industry.
- Hands-on expertise with Genesys Configurator / Duck Creek Policy / Policy Centre platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio.
