Mandatory skills-
– Analyze business processes and requirements specific to US Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
– Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement.
– Define and document business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications.
– Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the US P&C insurance domain.
– Support the design and implementation of insurance systems and solutions.
– Work closely with IT teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
– Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
– Monitor regulatory changes impacting the US P&C insurance industry and recommend necessary adjustments.
