Job Description:
· Develop and maintain new processes in the Boomi Platform.
· Optimize and troubleshoot existing Boomi processes, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability
· Collaborate with Enterprise Systems and Data Team members to ensure streamlined data integrations.
· Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, business process designs and user guides
· Stay up-to-date with the latest Boomi features, updates, and best practices, integrating new functionalities into our systems as appropriate
· Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
· Troubleshoot and Fix escalated service desk issues
Qualifications
· 5+ to 7 years of experience within Boomi Platform
· SQL knowledge preferred
· Experience with Salesforce and Netsuite Integrations required
· Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Ability to follow instructions, recommend solutions and work independently as needed.
· Ability to develop process design specifications with tools such as Lucidchart or similar
· Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus
· Experience with Data Integration tools such as Airflow, Cloud Run, Segment or Stitch is a plus
