Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business users and subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand and document business requirements for various D365 F&O modules, such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Supply Chain.
- Solution Design: Lead solution design sessions and create functional design specifications, ensuring the D365 F&O solution aligns with client needs and industry best practices.
- Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize the D365 F&O system, including modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Supply Chain Management, to meet specific business requirements.
- Analysis & Documentation: Perform gap-fit analysis, analyze business processes, and create functional documentation, test scripts, and user guides.
- Technical Collaboration: Work with technical consultants and developers to design and validate system changes, integrations, and customizations.
- Testing & Training: Drive the planning and execution of testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide training to end-users.
- Support & Issue Resolution: Provide ongoing support for D365 F&O, resolving user issues, managing change requests, and conducting post-deployment support.
Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with D365 F&O implementations, configuration, and support, particularly for Finance and Supply Chain modules.
- Business Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of business processes (e.g., Record-to-Report, Supply Chain, Procurement) and how to map them to D365 F&O functionality.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business processes, conduct gap-fit analysis, and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams.
