Job Description:
Primary Skills : Oracle Cloud HCM techno Functional , Fast Formulas, Compensation Module, HCM extract, OTBI.
Hands-on experience with Cloud HCM technologies including HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, BI/OTBI Reports and related templates like XSLT, Excel, RTF Templates.
Technical Experience in building Reports across modules – Global HR ,Absence, OTL, Compensation.
Excellent Communication skills , to be able to work independently
Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex Technical issues/problems
Cloud HCM certification is preferred
Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving skills.
Engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the teams , conduct technical training
Technical Skills:
Mandatory: SQL, PL /SQL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, HCM Data Loaders, Spreadsheet Loaders, Alert Composer, Checklists
Good to have: OIC, Paas or Apex Knowledge is a value added.
