Job Description
- Taking up full ownership of assigned technical and development activities for change requests, minor enhancements, major enhancements, and project tasks.
- Perform Application development & configuration setups.
- Development using languages / tools such as SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Java, OAF, BI Publisher, E-Business API’s, E-Business Interfaces, AME, Workflow Builder, Discoverer, Web ADI etc.
- Demonstrate proficiency in creating XML and BI publisher reports and Alerts.
- Document code consistently throughout the development and/or enhancement process
- Generate and maintain required design and other documentation for the development tasks.
- Design solutions based upon business requirements and user specifications.
- Review technical solutions when needed.
- Participate in peer code/design reviews to ensure the delivery of quality solutions.
- Liaise with functional consultants primarily and with Business IS teams when needed during the design, development, and testing processes.
- Review, fix, enhance and develop code.
- Perform quality assurance for all deliverables.
- Raise Service Requests in Oracle Support for analyzing issues when needed, for system enhancement requirements.
- Perform technical analysis, design and build of OBIEE reports.
- Follow CLIENT Service Management guideline, adhering strictly to the processes and use the CLIENT ticket management system to follow Change and Release management processes for technical deployments.
Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5~6 years development with ADF technologies.
- More than 5 years development experience with Oracle E-Business Suite ERP R12.2.x
- Development experience of OBIEE reports
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage information systems and deliver on commitments.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle numerous tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Capable to deliver under stress.

- Has taken up below responsibilities as part of prior experience:
- ERP (Oracle E-Business Suite + Fusion) application development along with development using different Oracle Technology products.
- Extensively used Oracle Development tools for E-Business Suite and standalone tools (such as but not limited to SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, OAF [Oracle Applications Framework], ADF, Java, BI Publisher, Workflow Builder, SOAP Web-services, REST Web- services)
- Designed a fully customized application using MVC design models and implemented it using ADF technology.
- ADF applications end-user support with varying degrees of technical abilities, along with follow-up on technical problems raised by end- users.
- Strong knowledge of java technologies (J2EE, J2SE) certifications is a plus.
- Performed programming, testing, quality assurance phases of assigned technical work.
- Oversaw all aspects of user and system documentation, user training sessions, systems support and opening service requests using My Oracle Support while following Oracle standards.
- Worked with software providers to solve user problems for other systems integrating with E-Business Suite and other technology products.
- Managed reactive level support for the ADF application.
- Designed and scoped ADF customized systems, through an achieved understanding of business and the resulting needs of business users.
- Delivered reliable, secure, and cost-effective systems including development of high-yielding relationships with external/internal customers.
- Drove customer satisfaction by actively monitoring the end-user experience and creating action plans to address significant issues.
- Ability to use the web-services integration technologies and to develop web- services using both types of web-services (SOAP, RESTfull).
- Experienced in OBIEE development.
