Job Description:
- Solution Documentation and Technical Content Development:
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical solution architectures and design documents.
- Develop detailed technical responses for RFPs and RFIs.
- Document standardized solution components and reference architectures.
- Generate reusable technical content for proposals, case studies, and presentations.
- Presales Materials Development and Design:
- Design professional, visually appealing, and high-impact presentation materials.
- Develop solution templates and frameworks for common client scenarios.
- Standardize pricing models and costing templates for repeatability and accuracy.
- Manage and maintain a centralized repository of presales assets.
- Technical Research and Market Intelligence:
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging cybersecurity technologies and trends.
- Document competitor analyses, highlighting strengths and weaknesses.
- Author technical whitepapers, solution briefs, and thought leadership content.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and reference architectures.
- Presales Support and Knowledge Management:
- Provide technical support to the sales team during client engagements.
- Maintain an organized knowledge base of solutions, best practices, and documentation.
- Assist in opportunity qualification and solution scoping discussions.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for presales activities.
