Job Description:
- SAP VIM ( PO Based ) experienced with understanding of ARIBA is a must
- Min 2 years of SAP experience in supporting/ implementing SAP S/4 -MM , ECC-MM & SAP VIM
- Strong understanding of SAP materials management processes, Vendor invoice management processes and best practices, as well as integration points with other modules/applications like FICO module & Ariba
- Good support experience in MM Procure to Pay cycle in SAP S/4 HANA
- Strong technical and functional knowledge of SAP VIM module, including invoice processing, document management, and workflow configuration.
- Hands-on experience in configuring SAP VIM workflows, document types, OCR, and post-processing framework (PPF).
- Collaborate with end-users to understand their requirements and provide solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues in SAP MM/ VIM module.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP MM & VIM configurations, processes, and user guides to support end-users and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with end-users and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
