Job Description

  • Support Business users for efficient use of Oracle eBusiness Suite processes

and functions including customizations built in CLIENT ’s environment.

  • Work with Business users and stakeholders to support business needs and improvements.
  • Identify business improvements and gather and analyze required data for implementing as a system enhancement.
  • Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements.
  • Analyze and fix data issues impacting operations.
  • Drive implementation of new features in the application, for the improvement of business processes by working with the HICT team
  • Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents for HICT team for changes and enhancements in Oracle EBS
  • Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.
  • Test Oracle EBS enhancements delivered by HICT team as per the provided business requirements.
  • Identify automation opportunities and work with HICT for feasibility analysis and implementation.
  • Recommend reports, dashboards and visualizations to understand business performance, and work with HICT team for implementation.

Experience and Skills

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
  • Experience working directly with clients to understand the individual needs of the business.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business support consultant with very strong knowledge of Oracle EBS SCM processes
  • In-depth knowledge of Procure to Pay & Order to Cash processes.
  • Extensive experience with iProcurement, Purchasing and Sourcing modules (Experience with Services Procurement module highly preferred)
  • Extensive experience with Order Management, Inventory and WMS modules (Experience with Mobile Supply Chain module highly preferred)
  • Oracle SCM Cloud experience as an end user is a plus.
  • Sufficient experience in following:
    • Evaluation of business processes and making recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge.
    • Create and present reports to business users to support recommendations.
    • Collaborate with HICT team to develop training materials for business users and conduct demos.
    • Improve training and operational procedures within business to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
  • Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
  • Improve systems by studying current practices and recommending modifications.
  • Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes.
  • Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
  • Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.
