Job Description:
- 6-10 years of experience as a UX/UI designer with expertise in offering design solutions for web applications (Internal business applications / enterprise (B2B) web apps / Consumer (B2C) web apps).
- A portfolio demonstrating a strong foundation in user-centered design practices, interaction design, visual designs, etc.
- In-depth understanding and strong hands on experience with responsive design methodologies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of accessibility standards and how to apply them.
- Produce wireframes, visual designs and interactive prototypes, taking into consideration the user needs and able to execute complex design solutions.
- Collects feedback and involve in iterating the wireframes/visual designs according to business requirements.
- Solid experience in developing design documentations (e.g., Style Guides/Design Systems, design components, etc.)
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite is a must.
- Collaborate effectively with UX Architects, other UX Designers and the Development team to implement the desired design outcomes.
- Ability to work in an Agile development environment and communicate your ideas to developers and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions effectively.
