Job Description:
- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the new software platform.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for the development team.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and testers, to ensure the platform meets business requirements.
- Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
- Develop user stories, process flows, wireframes, and mockups to support development efforts.
- Conduct gap analysis between current processes and future-state workflows enabled by the platform.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by defining test cases, coordinating testing efforts, and ensuring defects are resolved.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Any Dynamics certification is a must.
- Any Cloud Certification would be preferred.
