D365FO/AX Manufacturing Functional Consultant (or equivalent ERP) with 5+ years in pharma/biotech/medical devices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across shopfloor, QA, supply chain, finance, and partners.
Possess strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude towards working in challenging situations. Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and ownership in all tasks. Eager to go beyond the defined scope of work, with a keen willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Hands-on with Process manufacturing, Quality Management, WMS, Master planning, Product information, Trade & Logistics.
End to end system testing for the Microsoft upgrade.
Strong ServiceNow experience – Incident/Problem/Change processes, SLAs, and audit-friendly documentation.
Strong documentation skills: URS, FDD, test scripts, validation deliverables, training materials, SOP inputs.
