Job Description:
8 to 10 years of Data program management experience for support project & for maintenance project (BAU)
Knowledge on tracking and reporting of KPI.
Should be able to do Project planning, Resourcing, Financial management, Client Communication, Productivity tracking and improvement
Should have managed high impact/high visibility projects up to $1Mn/20 FTE
Should have managed Knowledge Transitions
Good understanding on Project Quality and metrics
Technical Certification would be an added advantageShould have a mindset to Automate
Presales and Account Mining experience
Knowledge on Agile/ Scrum, DevOps and ITIL Processes.
Should possess Certification on ITIL]Should be able to work with Technical team/ Architects review Design/Architecture and Estimates and also suggest changes.
High level Domain knowledge
Should be able to understand on how to calculate and improve NPS scores
