Key Responsibilities:
– Lead development efforts for EIS modules, ensuring adherence to architecture and design standards.
– Design and implement complex business rules, workflows, and integrations.
– Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
– Work closely with architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
– Participate in technical design reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization.
– Support release management and troubleshooting in production environments.
Required Skills & Experience :
– Strong expertise in EIS development including configuration, scripting, and customization.
– Deep understanding of insurance domain and EIS product capabilities.
– Experience with integration tools, API development, and cloud-native technologies.
– Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
