Job Description:
- 5+ years of experience as JDA business analyst cum JDA application consultant role and able to work with large sized support and enhancement / development teams.
- Hands on experience in JDA Demand planning and Replenishment Planning modules.
- Experience on Inventory Management, Inventory Control, Order Management, Purchase, Vendor Management, and Logistics business requirements related to supply chain.
- Demand Forecasting:
- Utilize JDA Demand Planning module to analyze historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors to generate accurate demand forecasts.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other relevant teams to gather input and insights for refining demand forecasts.
- Monitor and adjust forecasting models based on changing market conditions and business strategies.
- Replenishment Planning
- Implement and manage replenishment strategies using JDA Replenishment module to optimize inventory levels and minimize excess stock.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate replenishment of stock.
- Utilize JDA’s advanced algorithms to set optimal reorder points and quantities.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Extract, analyze, and interpret data from JDA reports to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into key performance indicators related to demand and replenishment.
- JDA Application support and maintenance
- Connect with business to understand the issue in detail and raise a ticket with Product Vendor and track it till closure.
- Work with business team and fix any application / script issues.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and finance, to align demand and replenishment strategies with overall business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to address any issues related to demand forecasting and replenishment.
- Continuous Improvement
- Stay informed about industry best practices and advancements in JDA software functionality.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in demand and replenishment processes and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
