Job Description:
10+ years as a D365FO/AX Order Management Functional Consultant (or equivalent ERP) with 5+ years in pharma/biotech/medical devices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management. One must have great collaboration with Manufacturing, Finance, procurement and other teams etc. To make sure customer deliverables are not compromised and delivers withing SLA.
Possess strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude towards working in challenging situations. Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and ownership in all tasks. Eager to go beyond the defined scope of work, with a keen willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Hands-on with Integrate OM with Inventory & Warehouse Management (WMS), Production Control, Quality Management, Transportation, and Finance for seamless E2E flow.
End to end system testing for the Microsoft upgrade.
Strong ServiceNow experience – Incident/Problem/Change processes, SLAs, and audit-friendly documentation.
Strong documentation skills: URS, FDD, test scripts, validation deliverables, training materials, SOP inputs.
Strong problem-solving under compliance constraints, fit-to-standard judgment, documentation rigor and traceability mindset, customer-first, SLA-driven support discipline (ServiceNow).
