Job Details:
- 6+ years of exp in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional (Must)
- Min 3-5 years of Talent management or Absence management or Time & Labour/OTL or Benefits modules experience (Must)
- Should be able to write eligibility Fastformulas and create BI reports
- Experience with system configuration, implementation, and support.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
