Job Description:
- Seeking a candidate with overall 8 to 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM core functional areas.
- Candidate should have proven experience in solution design, configuration, testing, tenant deployments, and stakeholder enablement across Core HR and related HCM modules.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into Workday solution design for Core HCM modules.
- Overall, 8 to 10 years of professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of focused experience in Workday HCM core functional areas.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Core HR, Organization Management, Business Process Framework, and Security.
- Experience with tenant setup, configuration, and tenant-to-tenant migrations.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies (unit, SIT, UAT) and defect management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to document functional requirements and deliverable artifacts clearly.
